As I prepare to leave home for Uni, I think back over fond memories. A lot include THE show to see in the year. I went along ever year from when I could just about toddle right up until heading off for secondary school. My younger brother and I loved the shows and going to the Special shop was a delight for the both of us I can tell you. My brother was somewhat star struck when he got to sit next to Cilla for a photo for the paper. Even now, as we introduce you to our 3 year old cousin, I can still recall a fair few songs and I don't think I could ever forget the rhyme "spout, handle, lid of metal, what's inside the singing kettle!" So although I'm almost grown up, I don't think I could ever forget Cilla, Artie, Gary Kevin and even Jane and Bonzo. Thanks for all the great times. :)
